Sam is an innovative and strategic business leader with significant experience in strategy, sales and operations with a successful track record in the global commercialization of technology-rich products. In addition to his role at PI, Sam is Executive Chair of Lumos Diagnostics and a non-executive director of Paragon Funds Management.

Previously, Sam was the International Sales Director for Vision BioSystems where he was responsible for establishing the sales, marketing, customer support, and service operation throughout the EU, Middle East, Latin America and Asia Pacific.

Sam holds an Honours degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Melbourne, a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from Melbourne Business School and strategy training from London Business School.
