Non-Executive Director

Euan has a strong track record in Australia’s medtech industry and has played an instrumental role in the development of many successful businesses.

After 20 years as a Chartered Accountant, Euan became an executive director of engineering firm Invetech in 1990. Following Invetech’s reverse takeover of Vision Systems in 1993, he took on the role of CFO and Company Secretary at Vision Systems until 2007, playing an integral role in the company’s successful sale to Danaher for $816 million.

Euan was a non-executive director of fertility company Genea from 2009 until 2018, during which time the company launched its successful technology business Genea Biomedx, working with PI to develop the award-winning Geri and Gavi instruments.

Euan holds a Diploma in Commerce from Swinburne University of Technology and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia & NZ, Fellow of the Taxation Institute of Australia, Associate of CPA Australia and a Chartered Tax Advisor.
